Harrison is an 11 year-old kid from Adelaide, Australia who loves making films, acting, singing, producing and presenting. At Prince Alfred College, Harrison is Prep Captain of Performing Arts, lead singer in the Junior Rock Band, featured vocalist in the Junior Vocal Ensemble and Junior Voices, and winner of Most Promising Voice and Best Solo Performer in the Prep School (2020 and 2021).
Harrison won three back to back state titles in the IPSHA State Poetry Recital as a year 4, 5 and 6 and earned High Distinction in the Trinity College London drama exams. His recent short film, The Wanderer, which he wrote, directed, shot, edited, scored and starred in, was officially selected for the Setting Sun Film Festival (Melbourne), Sparrowland Short Film Festival (Brisbane) and UnderExposed Film Festival (Adelaide) so far in 2022, and won two of five major prizes (Best Film-Prep and Best Cinematography) in Princes Film Fest 2021 (Adelaide). His original song ‘The Last Boy inThe World’ features in the soundtrack. Earlier films won Best Sound and Best Editing in the 2019 and 2020 Princes Film Fests (‘Isolated’ and ‘I Can’t’, respectively).
In June, Harrison stars as Gavroche in the Elder Conservatorium of Music (Adelaide University) production of Les Miserables, after joining Mark Oates and Dave MacGillivray in Northern Light’s production of Les Mis in April. Recent stage appearances include Young Simba in Lion King Jr (Adelaide Youth Theatre 2022), Charlie in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (AYT 2021), Broadway Sessions (2021) and All Together Now (2021). Later in 2022, Harrison will feature in ‘School’s Out at the Royal Show and Newsies! (AYT). Harrison is a chorister with the St Peter’s Cathedral Choir and studies piano. Heenjoys mixed martial arts, Garageband, Final Cut Pro, creating in Roblox and playing with his little brother.
